We are a Main Provider and work with Partners to ensure we effectively meet employer and learner needs on a local, regional and national basis.
To do this, we work with high quality, responsive organisations, to help us provide a seamless offer to employers and ensure that we meet the needs of every learner we support.
We want to develop long term sustainable relationships with all our partners to provide stability and invest in developing excellent provision.
All potential new partners undergo a comprehensive Due Diligence process prior to any delivery and are selected on the basis of their track record, type of provision and location to ensure BCTG is able to effectively respond to employer demand whilst reflecting local skills priorities.
BCTG will continue to provide substantial elements of every programme including quality assurance, skills delivery, and knowledge development for learners. Our Partners focus on delivering the specialist onsite skills and knowledge demanded by employers.
Our Partner Fee Policy explains how the Government Funding and Employer Contribution will be distributed between BCTG and any Partners involved to ensure transparency and value for money.
