Typical jobs include a variety of senior roles often involving the management of people and/or resources.

This could be in jobs as diverse as Care Home Manager or Nursery Manager to a Warehouse Manager or Office Manager.

For example, Care home managers are responsible for the leadership and day-to-day running of residential care homes. Nursery managers run early years childcare centres, providing day care for babies and young children from birth to 5 years.

Warehouse managers plan and co-ordinate warehouse operations at distribution depots, retail superstores and manufacturing plants. Office managers oversee the day-to-day running of an office or department.

Your training will usually be a mix of one to one sessions at your workplace, group work and online resources.
