Traineeships are an effective way for employers to recruit motivated young people.
A Traineeship is a short job focussed programme, usually 6 - 12 weeks, for 16 - 24 year olds to learn the core skills needed for progression into a job or an Apprenticeship. It includes vocational training, English, maths and IT skills and work experience at an employer.

available can receive an incentive payment of £1000 per learner, for up to
10 learners.
